Operation of Master Skill
Training Institute

In order to contribute to society by fostering human
resources and creating jobs, we have opened and operated
the Master Skill Training Institute since 2011. After being
selected as the first leading company for work-learning
program training in Korea in 2013, youths were hired as full-
time employees to provide confectionery and bakery
machine manufacturing technologies from March 2014, and
a total of 46 learning laborers completed the program and
are currently employed as of 2022.
Construction of
cooperative relations with
educational institutes

Daehung Softmill entered MOUs with various schools to
build cooperative relations. Through this, we offer youths the
opportunity to gain the capacities of future technical human
resources and enhance their capacities to land jobs.
