01 the best insulating structure

the insulation and heat reservation has been specially structured to increase the heat reservation and keep the humidity of the products (above 50% better heat preservation than the other products -- reduces the power use)

02 Adopted the top-notch material

Using stainless and Al-Cot material it can be used semipermanently and is structured in a way that can be fixed partially

03 Deep door opening

To minimize the heat coming out of the oven door opening, it is designed to be deeper. Also, we used exclusive packing so that when the door is closed it is more sealed, minimizing the heat loss

04 Double structured door system

to prevent the heat loss at the front side of the oven, we used double sealing mechanism for the door (door is 120mm thick)

05 Thermoengineering heating system

for even temprature distribution and color implementation we used a heating system with thermoengineering applied

06 Stone plate · Steam option

With Germaan ceramic stone plate it adds flavor and volume to your European bread.
